IMCI+ Alliance – New Member Onboarding Checklist & Process Manual
Dear Colleagues,
In order to improve communication and information flow across the Head Alliance, Administration, and Head Zones, and to ensure that every new member clearly understands what happens, when, and from whom, I have developed this new Checklist and Onboarding Manual.
The purpose of this document is to help us optimize our workflow, information exchange, and overall communication, while presenting ourselves as the strong, structured, and professional organization we truly are.
This manual covers the entire process — from the initial application to ongoing supervision and productivity development of each Alliance Member. It will also support the Head Alliance, Head Zones, and Administrative Team in carrying out their duties more effectively.
Furthermore, it provides a clear path of leadership and coordination, ensuring that all members are guided through a consistent process from their onboarding to their full integration into the IMCI+ Alliance.
This file will now form part of the application process and will be distributed to all current and new members.
