I have played instrumental roles in transaction management across a wide range of sectors, including EPC+F road construction projects in RSS and DRC, PPP hydro power development project in Burundi, M&A structuring in Uganda, and corporate restructuring engagements, technology and communication sector, and blue economy projects in Kenya.
