Civil engineer with 50 years of experience in projects and construction of residential, commercial and industrial facilities. I have also experience as consultant engineer in international projects and being a member of the Board of Directors of paper and cement companies in Venezuela. Within the energy sector, I developed and was the CEO of an Independant Power Producer (IPP) company of 160 MW for industrial facilities.
